Some Memory Box artists like to enclose a small sheet of paper
in the box telling the family who painted the box, and other pertinent
information about the program and box.
Many artists roll the paper up like a diploma and secure it with
a piece of ribbon. The following is a sample of what an enclosure
could say.

nonprofit organization registered in Utah and is exempt from federal income
tax under Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Work is done by volunteers; contributions
made to the Memory Box Program
are deductible for computing income and estate taxes.
