Tole Friends' Memory Box Program is part of Tole Friends' Association a
nonprofit organization registered in Utah and is exempt from federal income
tax under Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Work is done by volunteers; contributions made to the Memory Box Program
are deductible for computing income and estate taxes.
